Jose Maria Clint B. Fabiosa

Mr. Fabiosa received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of the Philippines College in Cebu, cum laude, and an L.L. B from the University of the Philippines where he was a Dean's medalist for academic excellence. His expertise is in intellectual property law litigation and enforcement, including seizure procedures for pirated goods, employment law, and real estate transactions.

He was an associate lawyer of the Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon and San Jose Law Offices where he handled comprehensive litigation, labor relations, and corporate work for various corporate clients. He was a Legal Manager for a realty company where he handled local and national government liaison, including environmental, real estate, litigation, and labor matters dealing extensively with government agencies such as the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, the Department of Agrarian Reform and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

He was a Legal Manager in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Golden ABC, Inc., where he handled litigation, labor, and corporate matters.
